This is how it works.
I have access to Vancouver's largest inventory of listings and the new Properties the day they come on a market. I will forward you all the information regarding new listings that would match your criteria and suite your needs. Private viewings would be scheduled for the Properties you are interested in. I guide you through the process of buying a property, negotiate the price and terms on your behalf. If needed, I will assist you with arranging financing and finding lawyers to complete all the documents.
And when you buy a Property with me your Home Inspection is on me!
